On television, over the radio, in books, magazines, and newspapers people are talking about being transgender.  We applaud the resent news specials presenting transgender life with understanding and in a positive light.

As a transgender person, I have tried to present myself in a positive way so the general public can know me as a friend.  The same goes for the hundreds of transgender persons in Kentuckiana.  We want you to get to know as.
